Dorian Dumont - ode to Aphex Twin

French pianist and jazzman Dorian Dumont of the electro jazz band REAL! likes a challenge. Using only his piano, he focuses on the electronic music prodigy Aphex Twin. Iconic work is the starting point for further musical development, allowing the genius to shine once again.

After a first and acclaimed album APHEXionS (2021), Dumont drives his quest further. He presents his new album - out Feb. 23, 2024 - capturing both the simple beauty and unruly complexity of Aphex Twin, with fresh new music.

Tania Giannouli - individuality trumps

Pianist Tania Giannouli sheds fascinating light on the contemporary Greek jazz scene. From her classical background, she emerged as a bandleader with broad orientation - from jazz and impro to world music.
