When you purchase a ticket, your details are recorded. You enter these details yourself in the reservation form. Fields such as email address are required if you choose e-ticket. Your e-mail address will only be used to ensure the handling of your ticket and to keep you informed of any concert-related information. We may also inform you later about similar concerts. If you wish to receive the newsletter or printed material, you can give your explicit consent to this during your ticket purchase by ticking this under data registration.
Through the website and info@haconcerts.be, you can register to receive our print materials or newsletters. By registering, you give us explicit permission to keep you informed through your chosen channel. You can unsubscribe or change your registration at any time.
The buildings of the Handelsbeurs are under continuous camera surveillance for security reasons.
An atmosphere photographer is regularly present during concerts. These pictures can be published on our website, via social media and on flickr.be. These are mainly images of the musicians and atmospheric photos of the audience. Sporadically, you as a spectator may be recognizable on one of the photos. All photos are stored on the secure server of Noordstarfonds vzw.
Sometimes there is filming. These images are afterwards edited into promotional videos. These can be published on the website, on facebook, via instagram, twitter, via a newsletter and/or on the youtube channel of the Handelsbeurs. It is possible that audiences may be recognized on these, although no focus is placed on faces.
When you register to purchase tickets, we ask you to provide personal data. The data will be stored on proprietary secure servers of our ticketing and website provider or their suppliers. We will not combine this data with other personal data in our possession.

We regularly send out information about our current program, both on paper and electronically. Everyone is free to subscribe and unsubscribe to these.

In the case of co-production of performances, Ha Concerts may occasionally share personal data with one of its partners in order to provide its services. This may involve shared ticket sales, administrative processing or joint communication around a concert.

Ticket sales at HA Concerts are conducted through an external ticketing agency Tickets Gent. They work with the ticketing system TicketMatic. Both organizations adhere to the rules as described in the GDPR. Tickets Gent heeft inzage in de klantgegevens die bij aankoop van een ticket geregistreerd worden. Zij gebruiken deze klantgegevens enkel voor noodzakelijke dienstverlening, zoals het opsturen van tickets, terugbetalingen, het opvolgen van bestellingen of om u op de hoogte te brengen van wijzigingen.
TicketMatic does not use your data under any circumstances. They only have access to our sales dashboard to ensure smooth operation of the system.
We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change, or delete any personal information provided to us. Your subscription to the various newsletters and brochures can be modified at any time. You also have the option to never be contacted again. You can let us know at info@handelsbeurs.be. Please note that in that case you will also no longer receive service emails or other emails. Potential program changes or other useful information may elude you as a result.
If you want to delete your data and order history completely, you can also contact us for this purpose. In this case we will remove your name, e-mail address and order history from our systems.
