Wheelchair users

Ha Concerts is wheelchair accessible. Let us know in advance +32 (0)9 265 91 60 or info@haconcerts.be. Then we will prepare a ramp at the entrance for you. If you are a wheelchair user, please arrive at least half an hour before the start of the concert.

Toilets on the basement floor are serviced by a lift. There is an adapted toilet for wheelchair users.

Standing concerts or concerts with free seated and standing places
If desired, you will be guided to a suitable place in the audience.

Concerts with numbered or unnumbered seats
You will be escorted to the designated seat at the top of the stand.

Blind and partially sighted people

Assistance dogs are welcome. If desired, employees are ready to guide you to your seat.

Let us know in advance +32 (0)9 265 91 60 or info@haconcerts.be. Register at the box office before the concert and we will be happy to help you.

Difficulties at a concert with standing concerts

At each standing concert, a maximum of 10 bar stools are provided for people who have difficulties standing (for a long time) for medical reasons. Request your stool in advance +32 (0)9 265 91 60 or info@haconcerts.be. Reserved seats can be picked up by name at the evening box office.

What with the European Disability Card?

People with disabilities can bring an accompanying person if desired. This only pays 80% of the presale. We encourage the use of the European Dissability Card, which entitles you to numerous benefits.

Book tickets at the EDC rate via the ticket button or the number +32 (0)9 265 91 65
