British songwriter Tom McRae has a soft spot for continental Europe. With songs like 'The Boy with the Bubblegum' and 'You Cut Her Hair' he has built up a solid live reputation here since his gold debut in 2001. In fact, on Étrange Hiver he sings with some of his favorite French artists. This is a way of acknowledging his deep love for French music and deepening his relationship with continental Europe following Britain's decision to leave the EU.

Lowri Evans is blessed with a voice capable of great emotional power. Her songs derive their musical colors from a broad palette of Americana, folk, country and blues. This fall she will release a limited-edition EP, available only on tour with Tom McRae.

After collaborations with Henry Priestman, Sam Genders, Marry Waterson and Michelle Stodart, among others, 2021 brought the critically acclaimed duets album "Only Skin" - along with Tom McRae. For this tour, she is joined by the beautiful guitar playing and subtle harmonies of companion de route Lee Mason.
