Hymn to the night

The night inspired countless songs - from the boisterous and exuberant to melancholy love songs and dramatic murder ballads. It has inspired Lady Linn to write a veritable hymn of praise. Together with her Magnificent Seven, she presents her new album 'Midnight Sun'. An ode to darkness, but also to light.

From jazz standards such as Round Midnight and The Middle of the night by Nina Simone to After Midnight by JJ Cale and the groovy A night to remember by Shalamar, Lady Linn switches effortlessly between musical atmospheres and chooses a varied set. Add to this her flexible jazz attitude and an improvisational band and you have a unique concert every time.

Jam Sessions - bring your instrument

Are you an aspiring musician looking for a place to jam, make connections, and hone your sound? After certain concerts, the lobby transforms into a sweltering jazz club where the new generation of musicians mixes with the vibes of the big stage.

Each night, a different punishing band from the KASK & Conservatory opens the jam, and then the stage is open to everyone. Bring your own instrument, join in and make yourself heard! If you're lucky, the main act will stay for a while and you'll get to play with them.

Admission is free, separate from concert tickets
Opening band = Snillie, starring Flor (drums), Ilyas (keys), Kasper (bas) en Jan (sax)
