Since her breakthrough with *Oyster* (1994), Heather Nova has steadily built up an impressive body of work that effortlessly blends indie pop, folk and rock. With her thirteenth album, Breath and Air (2025, V2 Records), she once again confirms her status as one of the most recognisable voices of her generation: melodious, layered and underpinned by a strong song structure.

Following a sold-out European tour, a live double album featuring recordings from that tour was released in March 2026. In this minimalist line-up – vocals and guitar, supported by cello and backing vocals – both new material and classics take on a clear, intense form. Nova’s focus on live performance takes centre stage: direct, unadorned and with maximum expressiveness.
