Handmade music in Ghent

At the beginning of February, the Ghent Ham Sessions held its first indoor Winter edition in its long history: the same adventurous spirit and warmth, this time on the Ha stage. This intimate garden party for handmade music showed that captivating music can also be created indoors.

Each of us presented our own artist in a winter double bill. Now it's time for the reverse encounter, with Ha as Ham's guest.

Ha presents: Le Monde Merveilleux de Pépito on SUN 24 MAY 

Trumpeter and composer Pierre-Antoine Savoyat incorporates his personal experiences into Le Monde Merveilleux De Pépito. At every concert, his ensemble creates a powerful and innovative sound universe, influenced by Ambrose Akinmusire or Tom Harrell, but always anchored in its own voice. He is currently working on his new album, Thousand Shades of a Clown. Savoyat.
