New series in 'one take'
Just before they take to the stage, musicians play one song for us. No second chances, no editing: one take, straight to camera. Then they decide for themselves — do we add it to our collection, or not? Take it or leave it. Take a look at our exclusive live sessions at Ha!

The series
Ragini Trio
The Ragini Trio reimagines the traditional tabla-flute-tampura ensemble into a contemporary version brimming with imagination, craftsmanship, and the joy of playing. Nathan Daems (Black Flower, Echoes of Zoo) has been immersing himself in Eastern musical traditions for years, incorporating them in his own unique way on the saxophone. Lander Gyselinck (STUFF., Lander & Adriaan) is a rhythmic powerhouse who adds his own personal touch to complex Indian rhythms. Marco Bardoscia (Paolo Fresu) connects the two musicians with groove and melody on the double bass.
Strings of Breath - Made in China Festival
During their festival residency with Ha Concerts, the award-winning guqin virtuoso Wu Na and saxophonist Jeroen Van Herzeele will explore the deeper connections between the Chinese and Western musical worlds.
Kin Gajo
Kin Gajo combines a fresh jazz sound with electronic influences, hip-hop grooves and manga aesthetics. On their debut EP Āku (W.E.R.F. Records), they build a colourful sound universe that is amplified live with original visuals. Winners of Jazz Talent Gent 2024 – with Ha on the jury.
Space Quartet
A group comprising none other than Belgian sitar player Nicolas Mortelmans, Stef Kamil Carlens, Simon Segers, Tim Vanhamel and Roland van Campenhout performs under the name Space Quartet. Their new album Space takes you on a psychedelic journey.
Helena Casella
Helena Casella is a Belgian-Brazilian composer and singer who grew up in a very musical family. In her music, she explores different genres such as R&B, neo-soul, hip hop, modern jazz, and Brazilian rhythms, incorporating these influences in her own unique way. This year, we are proud to support her as a seasonal artist at Ha Concerts.
