We have switched to a new ticketing system. From now on, you will need to log in to your personal account to book tickets.
The benefits of your account
- A personal shopping basket – where you can put together your order
- A personal profile – here you can manage your own details (newsletter and leaflet subscriptions) and view the concerts for which you have bought tickets.
- Accessing your e-tickets – you can download your tickets from the overview in your account
Three ways to log in
1 You already have an account – this is the same account you used to buy tickets from NTG, Compagnie Cecilia, etc.

Enter your email address and password and log in (you can also do this via your Facebook or Google account)

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one. To do so, click on ‘Forgotten your password?’

On the new screen, enter your email address and click ‘Send reset email’. You will receive an email to set your new password.
2 Have you bought tickets from Ha before? If so, you already have an account
- Your account was created using the email address you used to buy tickets. All you need to do now is create a password to log in. Create your password by clicking on 'Forgotten your password?'
- On the new screen, enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click ‘Send reset email’. You will receive an email to set your password.
3 Create a new account
- Click on the account logo in the top right-hand corner of the website.
- On the login screen, click on ‘Create account’.
- Follow the steps.
