Unbridled musical theatre

There’s a commotion behind the closed theatre curtain.
It’s The Show.
The Show is furious!
It growls and snarls and tears everything to shreds.
The show can’t go on like this; soon the whole theatre will be destroyed!
The curtain must stay closed.
The Usher must put out the fire. But how?

With a healthy dose of punk, absurd humour and a thirst for performance, Goele Denil, Gode Kempen, Sascha Bornkamp and Elias Vandenbroucke set out in search of that which refuses to be tamed.

What would the world look like if we didn’t rein in our tirades, our tapping feet and our fidgeting fingers? What does that swirling energy – which burns and roars and never wants to go to sleep – tell us? Is anger something to be afraid of, or can we learn something from it? And what happens if, instead of suppressing our fierce emotions, we embrace them?
