TRIXIE WHITLEY

Trixie Whitley was born in 1987 into a family of artists, musicians and poets. She is the daughter of Chris Whitley and spent her childhood with him in recording studios in New York and New Orleans. She now has the curriculum of an average forty-year-old: she traveled the world as a backing singer, drummer, singer, dancer with Les Ballets C de la B, DJ, songwriter, ... Pure artistic blood rushes through Whitley's veins and she has no intention of slowing down. to take back. Moiano is the brainchild of singer, pianist, songwriter, composer and producer Peter Lesage. He has already been noticed by Krewcial, 4T4, Plastyk Buddha, Flip Kowlier, Gabriel Rios, 't hof van commerce, Thou and many others. His lyrics are poetry with a strong soul character. Moiano has an overwhelming live reputation, which he owes in part to his ten-piece band. Bass, an MC, drums, trombone, percussion, sax, trumpet and the catchy voices of Steffen Caers and Nina Babet are cast together by Lesage to create a hip and fresh urban sound. JERBOA (LIVE)

Jerboa must have been born as a sound artist. He is a natural talent with groovy rhythms, samples and turntables. In 2005 he stunned with his debut album 'Music for my instruments'. Jerboa also made waves live: Dour, Pukkelpop and impressive with DJ Shadow, Yonderboi and DJ Krush. Jerboa's new album 'Rockit Fuel' was released in early May. For this record he collaborated with Alex Callier, Bert Ostyn, Johannes Verschaeve, Trixie Whitley and Gunter Nagels, among others. The first single 'Number 1' was rightly picked up by Studio Brussels and De Afrekening. A worthy ending to this three-part soul evening!
