The Tiny Tunes series presents "adult" music in a child-friendly setting. In general, we use the guideline of 6+, but it remains estimating per concert depending on the type of music. You know the child best in this, of course.

Exciting fiddles to dance to

Do you know Laura Cortese? She grew up in America where she played music with her friends. After traveling a lot with her bands, she now lives in Ghent with her husband and two children. She invites music friends from all over the world to play together.

For these Tiny Tunes, she turns the concert hall into a dance floor where you can listen to the beautiful American and Scottish songs and grooves - but also move on them. It will be a crazy dance party - a ceilidh, as the Scots say - with rousing fiddles, banjo and guitars. Will you join us?

Laura Cortese's Acoustic Evening
Laura Cortese (violin, vocals), Dirk Powell (banjo, violin, diatonic accordion, vocals), Kaia Kater (banjo, vocals), Anna Massie (guitar, violin, vocals), Nic Gareiss (dance)
