Have you ever heard a medieval serpent played alongside three double basses? They make deep and surprising sounds. In this story they explore together.
As well as music, they also play with stories about girls and women, past and present. Did they go hunting in prehistoric times? Or did they make great rock paintings? Did they keep everyone safe with their clever plans? And what is it like now?
Four women take you into their exciting musical story, full of deep tones, inventive ideas and new heroines.
Lady Sapiens
Mingo Rajandi (double bass, voice, electronics), Elsa Bergman (double bass, voice, electronics), Beate Weisinger (double bass, voice, electronics), Berlinde Deman (serpent, voice, electronics)
A cozy painting arena with a large canvas will be set up in the hall. Here, the children will be invited in small groups to be inspired by what they hear. While the musicians play, young artists will also be able to create their own images, shapes, and colors. Let your brush dance to the music. This is how we create one large collaborative work of art.
Layered piano solo + quartet of low notes
