The Whitest Boy Alive

The man behind The Whitest Boy Alive is Norwegian singer Erlend Øye. In 2003 he set up a dance project in Berlin together with Marcin Öz. The computers quickly became boring, so The Whitest Boy Alive went back to real-life musicians. Their debut CD, Dreams, was released in 2006. The album was recorded live in their studio, with nothing but a guitar, drums, bass and Øye's dreamy, intimate voice. On stage, however, The Whitest Boy Alive cannot and does not want to hide his background in club music. The songs are smoothly mixed together into a compelling music flow. Simply stunning!

Slagsmålsklubben consists of six men and a stage full of equipment. In Sweden this collective is very well known in certain groups and enjoys a certain cult status. The common thread in Slagsmålsklubben's music is electro, but it also includes bad German house and deep gothic beats. One constant: the audience goes crazy.
