Q & A HANDELSBEURS / VOORUIT #2

Q & A is a concept devised by the cultural centres Vooruit (Wim Wabbes) and Handelsbeurs (Liesbeth De Voogdt) in which the two programming directors engage in a musical dialogue, resulting in a unique double bill in two separate locations. In this edition, pianist Jan Vermeulen plays his own rendition of Schubert’s Forellenquintet. The jazzy youngsters of trio De Beren Gieren present their unique interpretation of the same piece, supported by Portuguese trumpeter Susana Silva.
