With “Vice Versa”, pianist Bram De Looze found like-minded musicians to complement his inventive sound. Together with New York master drummer Eric McPherson (Jackie Mclean, Pharoah Sanders, Fred Hersch) and Berlin double bass talent Felix Henkelhausen (Jim Black, Nate Wooley, Lotte Anker), he explores boundless expression and rhythm.
After their debut in 2023 (Dox Records), they recorded their second album live in 2025 in a sold-out Studio 1 at Flagey. Now they present their latest album (Challenge Records). Expect another unique synthesis of traditional jazz and contemporary free improvisation, based on the power of intuitive and unexpected interplay. Magic!

Following his debut EP Primitive Structures (W.E.R.F. Records) and the piano composition for Ruth Crawford, Sander De Keere (Klara) returns with new compositions. In his fascinating soundscape, minimal music takes on a modern look – for both new audiences and connoisseurs.
In REPEATREPEATREPEAT De Keere treats acoustic instruments as if they were electronic: the piano sounds like a faltering tape loop, the cello like a synthesiser and a saxophone quartet like a surround sound installation. His music explores the illusion of repetition and gives each motif new meaning every time.
