Pete Murray

After a serious injury, Pete Murray decided to trade his rugby career for a guitar. He is now one of Australia's most beloved singer-songwriters. His home country proudly places him in the national honors list alongside Kylie Minogue and INXS frontmanMichael Hutchence. His debut album 'Feeler' immediately went platinum six times. His success lies in his soft voice, honest lyrics and compelling melodies. No pompous or complicated songs, these songs welcome you with open arms and envelop you like a warm down. Simplicity is beautiful. His new album 'Summer At Eureka' was released in May 2008. He produced it himself and the ease of the production process is almost tangible on the record. Pete Murray is often compared to Jack Johnson and sounds great in a duet with like-minded people like John Mayer!
