Per Gessle

An entire generation experienced an unforgettable summer to the catchy rhythm of The Look. With his band Gyllene Tider, Per Gessle conquered his native Sweden in the early 1980s, and then conquered the whole world with Roxette. Gessle has an extraordinary nose for hits. In the early 1990s, Roxette was one of the world's most successful pop bands with songs such as Dressed For Success, Dangerous, Listen To Your Heart, It Must Have Been Love and Joyride. When Marie Fredriksson had to stop her Roxette career for health reasons, Per Gessle went solo. The personal, serene tone on his album Mazarin surprised friend and foe in 2003. Versatile artist, excellent musician and charismatic man, you should not miss Per Gessle live in Ghent.
