Christian Mendoza Group

Pianist Christian Mendoza put together a new jazz group from the best musicians he met in recent years (Ben Sluijs, Joachim Badenhorst, Brice Soniano and Teun Verbruggen). He wrote a completely new repertoire for this line-up. His idiom is in line with contemporary jazz, where there is a balance between composition and arrangements on the one hand and room for solos and open free improvisation on the other. It draws from the jazz tradition, but also from the world of classical music, world music, rock, ... Surprising!

Markus Stockhausen & Ferenc Snétberger

Ferenc Snétberger, the Hungarian guitar master, mixes jazz with classical and Brazilian rhythms using a fabulous technique . Since 1999 he has been working with trumpeter Markus Stockhausen. Together they explored all corners and sides of the musical world. A combination that guarantees a special concert!
