LAVINIA MEIJER(Harp, Netherlands)

One of the best-known harp ambassadors in Europe is the Dutch Lavinia Meijer. She crowned her meteoric career with the Dutch music prize in 2009. During OdeGand she will perform Scarlatti, Ibert, Pierné (Impromptu-Caprice), Salzedo and Patterson.

DRUMELFIRE (Percussion, Netherlands)

Three friends, six hands, thirty fingers, three doors and much more. They hit, drum, sweep, swish, pound and sweep. Who is the fastest, the smartest? Who dares to be silent the longest? Rhythms fly around your ears and cymbals spin around. Doors make music and sticks sing. A concert that will leave you wanting for eyes and ears!

With 1 ticket you can attend all concerts and get access to the OdeGandboats. You must exchange your ticket on September 18.

The result is a day in Avignon on the Leie with the boats, where you sail from one concert to the next and taste a mix of world music, jazz and classical music. You will also encounter numerous artists from all over the world along the way. In the evening you will be immersed in a magical atmosphere on a beautifully illuminated Korenlei, where you can enjoy the final spectacle and an impressive fireworks display from the boats!
