Nordmann (albumrelease)

The Handelsbeurs is temporarily closing its doors due to corona. We are looking for new ways to connect musicians with their audiences through livestreams.

• To the livestream agenda (increasingly supplemented).

Electrically charged jazz / rock

The four members of Nordmann have not been idle in the last year. In addition to their respective solo and side projects, they quietly worked on a successor to the successful The Boiling Ground from 2017. Together with producer Jasper Maekelberg, they recorded ten new tracks. The band itself speaks of a new sound, with less rock and more electronics that translates live into a five-piece line-up. In Velvet will be released on September 18 via Unday Records. Three singles have already been released in the run-up to the album:  'Cascade(s)', 'Star-Fluff' and 'Cryptonym'.
