These grandmasters of Russian chamber music have been combining their talent in trio settings since 1968, but apart from that, in addition to being professors at the Moscow State Conservatory, they are also all members of the Moscow State Philharmonic Orchestra. Despite their mature age, the fire in their playing is far from extinguished. On the contrary, they have a reputation to uphold as real power players who do not shy away from cutting corners when the music calls for it.
