Mineral Jazz #2.1

The first Mineral Jazz series was beautifully concluded on June 3 by the Sienna Dahlen Quartet and GOWK. On Tuesday, October 7, the Mineral Jazz Club will fill up again for two jazz bands to discover:

ANOO

aNoo is the group around the Finnish Anu Junnonenwho lives in Brussels. The band started in 2002 and has since created an original repertoire. They now enjoy a successful reputation in Brussels clubs. In April 2007 they released their debut album 'The Luckless Lands of the North'.

We already get to see Yves Peeters as drummer at aNoo, but for the second concert of the evening, he brings his own entourage. Peeters was taught by inspiring musicians such as Dré Pallemaerts, Billy Hart, Bert Joris, Keith Copeland and many others. He currently also plays in a handful of other jazz bands.
