Michael Schiefels Platypus Trio / Nardozza-Schepers Delirium Quintet

FIREWORKS

The German Michael Schiefel is certainly one of the most original vocalists working in jazz. In his Platypus Trio, his vocal fireworks are reflected by his equally virtuoso mates; Jörg Brinkmann on cello and the renowned Hungarian cimbalom player Miklós Lukács.

This is followed by a Belgian- Dutch dialogue; an unusual frontline of two trumpeters who are uninhibited by the boundaries of genre.
