MannGold de Cobre is the combination of MannGold, a raw energetic ensemble with two drummers, led by Rodrigo Fuentealba and 8 wind instruments, led by Peter Vermeersch. From Kraut, Psychedelia, Repetitive Minimalism, Noise, Impro, MC5 and much more !

Peter Vermeersch leads the impressive Flath Earth Society, writes music for Wim Vandkeybus, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, produces albums (dEUS, Madensuyu,...) etc etc They decided to team up, writing and arranging for an extra 2 horn sections, Belgium's finest in Jazz and beyond... The result is a massive and energetic hypnotic sound, with echoes from Sun Ra, In a Silent Way, Neu and Motorhead.

Prasanna is the Founder and President of Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music; which is the largest college in South Asia with some of the world's most top musicians as faculty and with students from many countries around the world. Between his immense responsibilities as President of the college, his own projects including concerts, recordings, film scores etc and the numerous other artists he works with (he has two well known collaborative recording and touring bands - Tirtha with Pianist Vijay Iyer and tabla player Nitin Mitta and Ragabop Trio with drummer Steve Smith and saxophonist George Brooks part from his own bands) dividing his time between India, USA, Europe etc, he has a lot of things going on including a project for MTV with two-time Oscar and Grammy winning film composer A.R. Rahman.
