Lostboy! A.K.A Jim Kerr

Solo project by Simple Minds frontman Jim Kerr.

We know Jim Kerr as the charismatic frontman of the Scottish pop group Simple Minds, who mainly scored hits in the 1980s with Promised you a miracle, Alive and kicking, Don't you forget about me and New gold dream. After 30 years of Simple Minds and at the age of 50 (!), Kerr thought it was high time to go solo. On his debut album he tries to approach the dark electronic atmosphere of Simple Mind's albums Life in a day (1979) and Sons and fascination (1981). In May this year, Kerr played a sold-out concert in the Brussels Botanique. In addition to songs from his new record, he also released some unknown Simple Minds songs. The set list for the concert in Handelsbeurs has not yet been announced at press time.
