Listen to the Lamb! met Osama Abdulrasol

To conclude the Ghent Festival 2020 the entire Bijloke site is transformed into an amazing, multidisciplinary polyptych. A genuine highlight of Ghent's ‘Year of Van Eyck’ sees twelve of Ghent's cultural institutes present a series of musicians and artists with highly diverse backgrounds. Each one brings Van Eyck's world-famous polyptych to life. 

For the Handelsbeurs Osama Abdulrasol gets the ball rolling with the panel of The Singing Angels. This Ghent local was born in Babylon, Iraq. With his qanun, or lap harp, he has enriched the Belgian and international world music scene for years.
