New Ghent violence

Kosmo Sound drags you to sweaty clubs with the bass as king. This Ghent member from the youngest generation of Belgian jazz bands is inspired by dub and combines a brooding sound with fat grooves.

Antenna

They present their long-awaited debut album Antenna. Groove music always starts with a rhythm section, and so it was with Kosmo Sound with Mattias Geernaert and Marius Couvreur. As a sextet, they mix heavy bass lines and tight drums with spacey melodies into an organic trip that sets every room on fire.

They have already provided the support act for dubbing legend Adrian Sherwood twice and they became winners of Sound Track 2019. Their new album - recorded and mixed by Koen Gisen - will be released on vinyl and CD by Zephyrus Records.
