KNIPOOG DAY

On Sunday, March 24, vtbKultuur meets KnipoogDag kicks off its cultural year in Ghent. You will discover the city through four routes.

➊ Bijloke site

Music center De Bijloke opens its doors to you this afternoon. A visit to the STAM, the KASK 'school of arts', les ballets C de la B, ... are also on the program. On the site itself you can enjoy all kinds of musical performances. This afternoon, the Bijloke site will simultaneously serve as the starting and arrival point of the other theme routes.

➋Ghent as a music city

You can also explore Ghent via the water. Boats take you from the Bijloke site to the Handelsbeurs and the Vooruit, for a visit to the buildings and a performance.

➌ Ghent in 1913

De Kleine Expedition provides a unique experience walk in the Ghent Millionaire Quarter for young and old.

➍ Ghent as a hip art city

And 'last but not least' you can enter the city center of Ghent on your own to follow the track of tram line 1. The Design Museum and the Dr. Guislain Museum also have fascinating activities on the programme.

The central point of this day is the Bijloke site, Godshuizenlaan 2, 9000 Ghent. You can still purchase tickets there on the day itself.
