Although Joachim Kühn has weathered many musical storms, he shows no sign of artistic fatigue. In the early 1960s, the restless pianist was one of the founders of modern German jazz and played with the greats of the avant-garde. Nowadays, he focuses on solo and duo projects, in which he combines his classical background with his huge baggage and virtuosity.
