Dutch-language R&B with barbs

IKRAAAN makes music out of sacred necessity. With a velvety soft voice and intense gaze, she mercilessly spoons her soul stirrings into you. Don't be misled by the soothing soul trap beats and her young age: IKRAAAN's words are bitterly serious. In her songs she talks openly about subjects that do not leave the taboo atmosphere for many. About obstacles and insecurities, about holes in your path and in your soul, about the pain of being fundamentally different.

With her EP Happy Pill, IKRAAAN became the new brand in 2019. revelation in R&B land. She rose to the top of Studio Brussels Nieuwe Lichting and played support acts for Brihang and Zwangere Guy, among others.

ESINAM| Exotic electro jazz

The Brussels one-woman band ESINAM provides insight into its eclectic musical world between electronics and jazz with its debut EP (Sdban Ultra). She interweaves an arsenal of samples with her warm voice and flute. A kaleidoscopic spectrum of timbres with an exotic touch.

Esinam Dogbatse has already opened for artists as Nakhane and Témé Tan. She also joined Alsarah & The Nubatones, Selah Sue and Melanie De Biasio at sold-out shows at Ancienne Belgique.

For the recording of the EP, she joined forces with Jules Fradet from Studio Planet (Damso, Afrikan Prötökol ). Mastering was done by LA-based producer Kelly Hibbert - Almachrome (J Dilla, Madlib, Little Dragon, Flying Lotus, Ebo Taylor, Mark de Clive-Lowe and Arca).
