ROLLING IN THE DEEP

The capriciousness of their despair, their merciless grief or positively seeing anger, these were transferred beautifully to chamber cantatas by Handel, Vivaldi and Scarlatti. The young soprano Raffaella Milanesi, accompanied by Baroque virtuoso Hélène Schmitt, takes on the role of these unfortunate women.
