Ha'fest: Radio Crochet

Singing along is a must! On 16 May, the entire Kouter area in Ghent will be singing along with ‘Radio Crochet’ – a large-scale sing-along event open to anyone. Music lovers, musicians, shower singers and passers-by, please unite!

Radio Crochet will be playing and singing songs from our collective memory. The song list for this second edition of the event will be announced in April, but one thing we can count on is that the list will include famous Flemish song ‘De fanfare van honger en dorst’.

The following performers will be joining the event: Roland Van Campenhout, Peter Vermeersch, Karen Willems and Melike Tarhan – as well as the entire city of Ghent.

The list of music scores will be available from this page in March for those who wish to prepare for the songs that will be played.

This event will take place during Ha’fest, a four-day-long music festival organised by the Handelsbeurs Concert Hall. Click here to view the full programme. Radio Crochet is a free event.
