Grijze Cellen: Iedereen Gezond

We eat unhealthy and exercise too little. We drink and smoke too much. Campaigns to make us live healthier do not make much difference.

What does help? Should the government give us a push in the right direction via nudging, without us even noticing? Should a fat tax be introduced? Should anyone who becomes ill due to their unhealthy lifestyle have to pay for this themselves financially? Or have we gone too far in our pursuit of health and should everyone decide for themselves what is good for them?

With lectures by Jaap Seidell (professor of nutrition and health at VU Amsterdam) and Luc Bonneux (physician, epidemiologist and author), followed by a conversation led by Eos editor Dieter Decleene.
