Psychedelic folkrock and songs of the Black Sea

Gevende creates psychedelic folk-rock in ‘the spontaneous tongue of the world’. With lyrics in an imaginary world language, they combine the influence of all the cultures they have come across. They will be presenting their third album, Kirinardi.

The singer Ayşenur Kolivar encapsulates the folk music of the Black Sea. In Turkish, Greek
and Armenian, she sings of the daily life of the various cultures that made this region so great.
