Geoffrey Burton solo

Sound alchemist and guitarist Geoffrey Burton (Hong Kong Dong, Iggy Pop) surprised with his first solo during De Kortste Nacht. The embryonic soundscape from back then grew into a fully-fledged set.

More than a composition, it is a music project with anchor points. Expect references to electronic music and fragments from Ryuichi Sakamoto, Edgar Varèse, Lucrecia Dalt and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.

Peenoise (cd-release)

After the EP in 2017, Peenoise is launching their first full album, produced by Geoffrey Burton (Triggerfinger, Daan, Hong Kong Dong). They look for the corner of pop, where humming synths, narcotic vocal lines and crackling guitar noise make the weather beautiful. Ominous yet warm and infectious.
