Gavin Degraw

Gavin DeGraw is the revelation in the singer-songwriter landscape. He grew into an international name in a few years and did it the old-fashioned way: he started his music career in restaurants, exchanged it for bars and later for clubs. Today he tours the world tirelessly. In 2003 he broke through with the release of his debut album 'Chariot', with which he immediately made a name for himself as a charismatic, vibrant young artist. At the request of his fans, he made an acoustic version of this record in 2004. The hearts were definitely won. The self-titled album 'Gavin DeGraw' was released in May 2008, on which a sharp rock edge is introduced. He brings a full band to the Handelsbeurs. Experience for yourself the magnetic power of this promising songwriter...

SUPPORT: JACK SAVORETTI

Jack Savoretti already played as the support act for Shawn Colvin at the Handelsbeurs in 2006 . In 2007 he supported Corinne Bailey Rae in the AB. Cutting Edge then saw him at work and described it as follows:

"A boy with a guitar came, saw and conquered the large hall in such an endearing way way that he incited the otherwise silent listening audience to shouts such as What's your name? and We love you!, which he parried with surprising ease. It could well be that this 22-year-old British enthusiast with Italian roots is the success story of Corinne repeats: he certainly does not lack talent and courage (with a cover of 'Ring of Fire')."
