El Tattoo Del Tigre (11/12/13 januari)

Maybe you have ever moved to the music of El Tattoo del Tigre. Perhaps you have already stood with your mouth open and swayed during the vibrant live spectacle of this many-piece mambo orchestra. But have you ever really let go of the reins to the rhythm of the rumba or the cha-cha-cha on one of these unforgettable evenings? Or consulted your dance book in search of the next victim with whom you will dance the bolero? Here comes your chance.

During the 'A Night with the Tiger' evenings, El Tattoo del Tigre will dance according to the time-honored ballroom tradition. Host Adriaan Van den Hoof will guide you through the evening and talk about the time of the great dance salons. The orchestra plays and sings acoustic dance music all evening long. The stylish audience sits at tables around the dance floor. And provided you don't stay glued to your seat, your dance fever breaks the dance floor and your wardrobe doesn't upset the orchestra, El Tattoo del Tigre promises a dazzling evening of dancing fun. A Night with the Tiger!!

For those who have forgotten where the left is compared to the right, there is also an introductory initiation dance (preferably with a partner) beforehand. This way you can immediately put the cha-cha-cha, guaracha, rumba or mambo into action with the tricks of the trade you have just learned. Who knows, you might win the honorary title of Rumba Queen or Mambo King of the evening.

PROCESS OF THE EVENING

The box office and foyer are open from 7 p.m. and the doors of the hall open at 7:30 p.m. The dance initiation starts at 8:00 PM, so that the concert can start at 9:00 PM!
