As the lead singer of 'Live', the world was on in the early 90s at Ed Kowalczyk's feet with songs like 'Lightning Crashes', 'I Alone' and 'Overcome'. As a nice ending to the Handelsbeurs season, he brings his own songs and songs from the rich 'Live' repertoire (including from their breakthrough album Throwing Copper) to his Belgian fans.
In addition to his close personal and professional friendship with British trip-hop pioneer Tricky, Eddie Kowalczyk has already collaborated with musicians such as Stuart Davis, Glen Ballard, the Dutch singer Anouk, Neneh Cherry and the Counting Crows' Adam Duritz. His lyrics now reflect his mystical and spiritual predisposition more than ever.
