Don Kapot (cassette-release) ◉ livestream

This is an online event.
With your ticket you can (re)watch the concert up to two days after the event.

Are you struggling with difficult days and sleepless nights? Don Kapot injects a portion of energy to get through the winter in a good mood. In the run-up to their second full-length, they fire their EP Don Kaset at you. Good for solid free jazz with rock energy drenched in mesmerizing African grooves.

Where does that come from?

After their time together in the Brussels World Squad, the band of the legendary guitarist Oghene Kologbo, drummer Jakob Warmenbol and bassist Giotis Damianidis joined forces with baritone saxophonist Viktor Perdieus. Add the influence of the other Fela Kuti loyal Tony Allen and you sign up for a recipe with powerful grooves.
