Line-up: Andrés Peña: dance, Pilar Ogalla: dance, Luis Moneo: vocals, David Palomar: vocals, Moises de Moron: vocals, Javier Patino: guitar
Andrés Peña replaces the previously announced El Junco, Susana Casas and Jose Luis Rodriguez.
Dancer Andrés Peña started his career under the wings of big names such as Manolete, Carmen Cortés, La Yerbabuena and Fernando Belmonte. Since choosing his own path, he has performed as a soloist and toured with major companies. Peña rightly won prizes for his perfect technical control: at the XI Bienal de Flamenco in Seville he won the prize of best young dancer. Today he travels the world with his four-piece company Compañia Andrés Peña. The program they are presenting tonight is undoubtedly traditional Flamenco, laced with the passion and romance that comes with an evening like this. In addition to Andrés Peña, dancer Pilar Ogalla will also perform. They dance both individually and together, but also leave enough room in their program for the singers and guitarists. Striking in the performance is the performance, by the dancing couple together, of a dance specially created for this occasion that is reminiscent of an old Flamenco legend in which a very poetic reference is made to the mating ritual of the flamingos in the majestic Parque Doñana. Highly recommended for aficionados and curious romantic souls.
