KIQUE Collective is a queer, safe(r) space hardcore collective that organises events to bring subcultures together: queer hardcore enthusiasts come together in a safe(r) space through beats, political slogans and scenographic artworks. On 19 July, they’re bringing that cacophony of provocative drag performances, energising DJs and dark visuals to Boomtown.
GenderFuck Boy • This drag king will charm the pants off you.
Pissfungus • A drag queen who has immigrated from planet S.3.X.X.X. Her drag embodies the 3 V’s: Fat. Strange. And Filthy. Come and see her acting weird on stage.
Maryolkah •
A Polish-Tunisian DJ, producer and inventor of hyperpompa (a fusion of Polish pompa and hyperpop). As part of the IMBA collective, Maryolkah thrives on surprising both herself and her audience with the genres she can blend together in a set. Hardcore techno forms the foundation, but whether it’s mixed with Polish vixa, Tunisian folk, hyperpop, PC Music or reggaeton — her aim is always to give you and herself plenty to think about. And a bloody good time. She has played in Colombia, Prague, Berlin, Brussels, Milan, Tunisia and Poland, including at WIXAPOL and Wixapolonia, MUAKK and VIPERRR, and as support for Eartheater, Bassvictim, Isabella Lovestory and Zebra Katz.
Bran • Your favourite DJ’s favourite fake DJ. The go-to party starter, with a glorified playlist, flawless visuals and energy through the roof. He’s already ‘played’ successfully for several nights in Brussels (he just presses play and hopes for the best)... and gets booked time and time again. He’s got fans. They even send him messages on Grindr.
ꋬꑓꋬꋪ • A DJ and producer from northern France. Their style emerged from artistic experiments in drawing and engraving. From these pictorial fantasies grew the concept of Faericore: a gentle yet raw blend of powerful emotions and a generous dose of reverie, shaped by hybrids with multiple forms and secrets. A sonic universe of volcanic rhythms and ethereal, dreamlike melodies. Let the enchantress Faericore take you on their journey.
Fro Faragonda •
Non-binary drag artist and founder of Maison Particulier – a non-hierarchical Belgian drag collective. With an aesthetic that balances between ethereal fairy and elusive creature, Fro combines raw sensuality with political significance. Their performances are never merely sexy; they dissect desire, break through gender norms and celebrate queer bodies as an act of resistance. As a creature, Fro conjures up a sizzling atmosphere of beauty, ecstasy and rebellion on stage.
