SLUMBERLAND (6+)
Slumberland is a breathtaking, cinematic-musical journey into the world of night. The story shows the moment when everything turns and the dream wins over reality. Children take their peers into a fascinating world with their amazing imagination. They talk about how they sleep, what happens in their dreams and why it becomes night.
An Pierlé and Fulco Ottervanger perform live music to accompany Nathalie Teirlinck's film images. They depict and express a series of wonderful figures who meet each other in a nocturnal world. The moon girl who lands on Earth, the sandman who leaves his sand cave, the sleep professional who turns sleep into a science, the bat boy who prefers to live upside down,... All magical, moving and funny figures, balancing on the tightrope that is weak. there is tension between what is real and what is not, and each of which continues to live on in your memory.
Slumberland was selected for the theater festival and showered with review stars. The CD with beautiful music by Pierlé and Ottervanger can be purchased after the performance.

ORCHESTRE INTERNATIONAL DU VETEX
Orchestre International du Vetex is a crazy musical collective of fifteen musicians from France, Belgium and the Balkans. They started as a kind of temporary marching brass band with the aim of protecting an abandoned, old textile factory in the Flemish city of Kortrijk. Since their founding in 2004, they have become one of the most beautiful and hottest world music bands from Belgium and the surrounding area.
Today they bring brilliant and energetic live acts to festivals from Montréal to Aachen, from Belgrade to our very own BIG BANG festivals! Let your dancing legs loose to a swinging mix of Balkan rhythms, tarantellas, reggae and Afrobeats with Latin American cumbia.

< strong>MOBILE MUSIC MUSEUM
For 20 years, objects were collected from all over the world and brought together into a gigantic Mobile Music Museum. The museum then went on a journey and encouraged young and older visitors to make music. The sounding ensemble is coming to Belgium for the first time and will irresistibly encourage you to perform a fierce percussion solo, a rolling duet or a winged improvisation.
