Benefietconcert Renée: Dirk Brossé 'The circle of nature'

Renée is a sparkling 4.5 year old girl. She suffered a cerebral infarction. Now Renée is doing everything she can to be like all 4.5 year old girls again.

Dirk Brossé wants to support her enormous efforts with a fantastic concert made possible by the Handelsbeurs and brasserie Ha'. Followed by a jazzy Renée reception!

Renée is the daughter of Peter & Valeria.

The Circle of Nature

strong>

The Circle of Nature is a musical evocation of the four seasons. A representation of the eternal cycle from blossoming and blossoming to decline and decay. From awakening beauty and vibrant vitality to intense melancholy and painful death. A representation of our own transience.

Each season is designed with a different place in mind: Summer exudes the sultry atmosphere of Varanasi, the Indian city on the Ganges, in Autumn the chilly sadness of the Flemish polder, Winter reveals the harsh cold of Saint Petersburg, and finally Spring expresses every vibrant place on earth where joy and happiness tickle down to our smallest blood vessels. The work is written for cello, clarinet and chamber orchestra.

The Summer and Winter are conceived as a double concerto, the Autumn is a dreamy solo for clarinet and orchestra and the Spring a lively whirlwind for solo cello and orchestra. We end with Spring, as it were, with the rebirth of every living organism in the universe. Spring as an image of vitality and the blossoming of new life. The Circle of Nature is dedicated to Mother Earth and was created in Brussels in 2002.
