Bart Peeters wants to be great in something small, for example making music in a simple way with musicians you respect immensely. Because Mike and Ivan Smeulders, Abdellah Marrakchi, Geert Waegeman and Piet van den Heuvel also wanted to do so, they will be on stage together at this concert. More than ever you can expect a mix of folk, world music, cabaret, even a bit of hip-hop and a touch of jazz. The repertoire is chosen from “het Plaatje by Bart Peeters” and the new CD “Slimmer dan de Zanger” that will be released this fall.
