ADELA CAMPALLO

Adela Campallo grew up in Seville, in a family with a strong flamenco tradition. At nine she joined her parents’ ensemble: La Familla Campallo. Ever since 2002 when she became a soloist with Antonio Canales, she has been the acclaimed star of countless dance projects. Balance and poise are her trademark.

If you see her dance today, you would not believe Campallo met with a severe accident about 2002. For four years on end, she was practicly deaf on one side and her back was gravely damaged. But she pulled through, and now her style is as graceful as ever before.
