What is on students' minds?

Sungazer is an electro-jazz project led by bassist and YouTube icon Adam Neely and drummer and composer Shawn Crowder. With their blend of virtuoso grooves, electronic experimentation, and improvisational playfulness, they transcend genre boundaries and inspire a new generation of musicians worldwide.

Before their concert, the Sungazer musicians took the time to speak with the KASK students. The students were given the opportunity to submit questions in advance, which were incorporated into an interview (see below).

During the masterclass, the students presented their thoughts, doubts, and curiosities directly to the band in an open and lively exchange. The result was a fascinating conversation in which craftsmanship, creativity, and the reality of life as a musician intersected.
