New album Racing the Storm
There is something magical about a good collaboration. When two artists manage to connect on a micro level so that every note and breath forms a perfect whole. The Colorist Orchestra knows how to do that. More than that, they have made it their specialty.
Together with renowned Icelandic singer and songwriter Emilina Torrini, they present their album Racing the Storm, which fuses the Orchestra's classic chamber pop with the strength and vulnerability of Emiliana's songwriting.

Een goede match
Sinds 2013 vormen multi-instrumentalisten en oude vrienden Aarich Jespers en Kobe Proesmans een duo en maken ze carrière door de discografieën van een breed scala aan artiesten te transformeren. Dit met behulp van hun achtergrond in pop-, elektronische en wereldmuziek.
Onlangs kwamen ze opnieuw in contact met Emilina, met wie ze voor het eerst samenwerkten in 2018 op het album The Colorist Orchestra & Emiliana Torrini. Deze keer overtrof het resultaat echter zelfs hun eigen verwachtingen.
