The Al-Qasar collective unites musicians from France and the USA to Lebanon and Egypt. They once met in the Barbès district of Paris and now tour the world with their psychedelic Arabian fuzz. Their new album 'UNCOVERED' also sounds like an explosive mix of Middle Eastern grooves, American heavy psychedelia and North African trance.
Join them on their world tour as they bring their vision of social justice and cultural diversity to the stage. For fans of Altin Gün and Echoes of Zoo.
Trance Plantations is the latest brainchild of Nathan Daems and Falk Schrauwen (Black Flower, Echoes of Zoo, Sylvie Kreusch...). For their debut album they collaborated with The Comet Is Coming members Danalogue and BetaMax. Now their second album "Behind your face" is out on W.E.R.F. RECORDS, featuring what they describe as "fictional tribe music from outer space".
Expect a half acoustic, half electronic concert that evokes mysticism and speaks many dialects of the not so conservative tribes of the universe. Together in search of trance.
'Ritualistic trance and opium-inspired tribal mysticism - finally, with Echoes of Zoo, the gentlemen not only share a group, but also a love of magical, oriental melodies and grooves' Knack Focus
'Guess what? It is certainly a small masterpiece!' Luminous Dash
