Fanfare music carries us through every ritual in life. Sometimes with a festive invitation to dance, other times a stately tribute or a dash of comfort in the funeral procession. It sounds like life itself. Koper & Vel pays tribute with a wordless and uplifting theatrical concert.

With two percussionists and seven brass players, you'll find nine musical classics and character heads on stage. They stretch the concept of "brass band" in all directions, accompanied by curious dance moves. It sounds grotesque and absurd or subdued and sober, but always real: with breath, sweat and rhythms that make you dance.
